A letter you wouldn't want to read

A few years ago - I received an email with a copy of a letter entitled "Dear Cretins". It was written by an angry NTL Customer to their customer service department.

As well as being extremely funny, it is also how many cable customers have felt over the years. You can sympathise with the guy who wrote it.

Bear in mind that I am not advocating you write letters like this and that the letter contains language that some readers may find offensive, it does highlight a point: simply customer service, at the end of the day, is what keeps you in business.
